Crêpes
Pear Filling
- 4 small pears
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅛ teaspoon cardamom
- pinch of salt
Instructions
Crêpes
- Make crêpes.
Pear Filling
- Peel and chop the pears.
- Melt butter in the pan then add the brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and salt.
- Cook until fragrant.
- Add in the chopped pears and cook until tender.
- Keep at a low temperature so the mixture will stay warm.
Assemble the crêpes
- Fold the crêpes to a half circle and then fold in half again for a quarter-circle to make a sort of triangle shape.
- Drizzle honey on top of the crêpe then top with pear mixture.
- You can also serve fresh whipped cream on top of the crêpe.
