Crêpes

- 1 tablespoon sugar
Ricotta Filling
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- pinch of salt
Instructions
Prepare the filling
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients.
- Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Prepare Crêpes

- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar
Assemble the crêpes
- Fold the crêpe in half and spread ricotta mixture over top.
- Fold the crêpe over to make a triangle shape.
- Top with segmented or sliced oranges.
