Ingredients
- 4 mahi-mahi filets (4oz each)
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons capers
Instructions
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter in pan.
- Chop garlic cloves and add into melted butter.
- Pat the mahi filets dry.
- Season filets with salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Place filets into melted butter and garlic.
- Squeeze half of a lemon into the pan.
- Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes on one side.
- Turn the filets to the other side and add capers, remaining 4 tablespoons of butter, and juice from the second half of the lemon.
- Cook for an additional 4 minutes making sure to spoon the sauce over the filets as they cook.
- Transfer to plate and garnish with more parsley and freshly squeezed lemon as desired.
