Ingredients
Tuna Cakes
- 1/2 cup of red onion
- 1/2 cup of bell pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 cans of tuna
- 3/4 cup of panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions
- Set oven to broil.
- Finally chop red onion, bell pepper, and garlic.
- Mix in the canned tuna.
- In a separate bowl mix the eggs, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Pour into tuna mixture and add in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Prepare a baking sheet by covering with tin foil and spraying with cooking spray.
- Form the tuna mixture into patties and place on a prepared baking sheet.
- Place in the oven under the broiler and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes or until nicely browned on both sides.
- Top with garlic aioli and mango salsa.
- Serve and enjoy!
