This no bake Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse is rich, creamy, and chocolatey. For a little autumn kick I like to add in warming spices such as cinnamon and nutmeg. If you need a quick dessert look no further.
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- ¾ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions
- Place the cold cream in a mixing bowl.
- Using a whisk attachment beat the cream on medium speed, until soft peaks form.
- Put the whipped cream in a separate bowl and set aside.
- To the mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Set the mixer to low speed and gradually increase to medium. Beat until the mixture becomes light in color. The mixture should be well combined. This should take about 2 minutes.
- Take half of the whipped cream and add it to the chocolate cream cheese mixture. Fold gently until combined. Repeat with remaining whipped cream.
- Evenly distribute the mousse between 4 small dessert bowls. I used ramekins.
- Garnish with desired toppings - crushed Oreos, whipped cream, cocoa powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
